Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BeastAI (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we store your email address to authenticate you. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Workout & exercise data. Workouts, sets, weights, reps, plans, notes, and any custom exercise photos you add. This is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, in your account so it can sync across your devices.
• Health & fitness data (Apple Health). With your permission, the App reads heart rate and active/total energy during a workout, and can write completed workouts back to Apple Health. This data is used only to power workout tracking inside the App.
• Purchase information. If you buy a subscription, your purchase and subscription status are managed through RevenueCat. We receive a pseudonymous app user identifier and transaction information from Apple — not your payment card details.

We do not use third-party advertising networks and do not include ad-tracking SDKs in the App.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the App and sync your data across your devices.
• To manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• To respond to support requests.
• To diagnose problems and improve the App.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

Health data accessed via HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing, is never sold, and is not shared with any third party. It is processed on your device to display and record your workouts, in line with Apple's HealthKit requirements. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each of which processes data under its own policy:

• Supabase — authentication and backend (privacy).
• RevenueCat — subscription management (privacy).
• Apple — App Store and HealthKit (privacy).

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below; we will delete it within a reasonable period. Workout data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
