Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Поздравулька (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Information we collect
- Birthday & contact data. The names, dates, relationships, emoji, photos, notes, and wishlists you add. This is stored on your device and, via Apple iCloud, in your own private iCloud account so it can sync across your devices.
- Contacts (optional). With your permission, the App reads contacts from your device only to let you import birthdays. Contact data is kept on your device / in your iCloud and is not uploaded to our servers.
- AI greetings. Voice dictation is transcribed on your device. Greetings are generated on-device with Apple Intelligence when available; otherwise the text prompt (such as a name, relationship, and the notes you provide) is sent to our backend to generate the greeting. Your voice recording is not uploaded.
- Shared wishlists (optional). If you publish a wishlist to share it, the wishlist contents (title and items) are stored on our backend so people with your share link can view it and reserve a gift.
- Purchase information. If you buy a subscription, your purchase and subscription status are managed through RevenueCat. We receive a pseudonymous app user identifier and transaction information from Apple — not your payment card details.
- Diagnostics. We use Firebase to collect basic, aggregated diagnostic and usage information to keep the App stable and improve it.
We do not use third-party advertising networks and do not include ad-tracking SDKs in the App.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the App and sync your data across your devices.
- To generate personalized greetings and to enable wishlist sharing.
- To manage subscriptions and entitlements.
- To respond to support and feature requests.
- To diagnose problems and improve the App.
Third-party services
We rely on the following providers, each of which processes data under its own policy:
- Apple — App Store, iCloud sync, and on-device intelligence (privacy).
- Supabase — backend for AI greetings and wishlist sharing (privacy).
- Google — Gemini model used to generate greeting text when on-device generation is unavailable (privacy).
- RevenueCat — subscription management (privacy).
- Firebase (Google) — diagnostics (privacy).
- WishKit — in-app feature requests (privacy).
Data retention & deletion
Data you store in the App lives on your device and in your private iCloud; it is removed when you delete the App and clear it from iCloud. Shared wishlists you publish can be removed by deleting the wishlist or by emailing us. You can request deletion of any data held on our backend at any time by emailing the address below; we will delete it within a reasonable period.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
